I've been grinding my teeth at night. In the mornings, my jaw aches and my teeth feel a bit overwrought, as if they've been working all night. Which they have.
My SO and I are getting along better. We're careful right now not to step on each other's toes. However, impending big plans, e.g. our Hawaii wedding in August, our trip to the Philippines in July, our cross-country road trip next week (!! more on which, later), are stressing us. I also have to report and file a number of stories before I head out on the road trip next Thursday, meet several social obligations, and, oh yeah, run.
Running Update: I was supposed to do a killer hill workout on Sunday with my running club, but I couldn't make it because we had to clean the house and cook dinner for a friend and his family who are moving out of the area. Yesterday I didn't have the time (or energy) to run, so I did a quick upper-body workout, plus I ditched the car to powerwalk 5 miles while doing errands.
This evening, in between interviews, I'm going to run 6 miles.
Could just just squeeze a little more into that schedule? You're probably wasting time with sleep. ;) Hope things lighten up on ya soon, Bex.

ReplyDeleteBe careful re: teeth grinding. According to my dentist, that can cause you to wear down your gumline as well, causing really bad gum and tooth problems. Talk to your dentist. I have had to start wearing a night guard.
