I'll have to try this the next time I'm in Austin. In the old days (ok - the 80s), Chuys was the local place to be for Tex-Mex - complete with the entire ceiling decorated with used hub-caps, and the separate Elvis party room. But they went commercial and expanded, and now they're not that special anymore. I could use a new Tex-Mex place!
